When you become a customer and create an online ordering account and fill in forms on our website or hard copy application forms or when you email or phone us, we may collect and process personal data about you. We may collect the following information:

  • Passwords and customer numbers

  • Other information relevant to surveys and/or offers.

We require this information to set-up and manage your trading account with us and update the records we hold about you from time to time. We my use the information to improve our products and services. We may send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

Where we have given you or where you have chosen a password which enables you to access to certain parts of our website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. How long do we keep it?
